Steph is a growth strategist who has defined, built, and launched a number of consumer technology businesses globally at Google, Microsoft, and several startups. She began her career by establishing international channels for a startup that later merged with Getty Images. After earning her MBA at Georgetown University, she joined Microsoft to lead the launch of Xbox and several PC games globally. Leveraging her knowledge of youth culture, she then joined YouTube shortly after its acquisition by Google to help drive international growth of the platform. For the past 13 years, she has consulted on new product development, growth strategies, and go-to-market planning and execution for numerous consumer technology businesses, including Adobe, Ericsson, GoDaddy, Mattel, Disney, Apple, Twitter, and several SMBs.
